Above all, the law should be based on common sense. It calls for a high level of vision, rigorous mastery of texts and creative agility.
For several decades, the multiplication of texts - often contradictory and abstruse - has distanced the law from its very essence.
Litigants are at a loss, faced with discouraging complexity, and procedures that drag on and become unnecessarily costly.
That's why I approach each case like the history buff that I am, with the constant concern to compare current texts with fundamental legal concepts, with the aim of:
- making a complex case simple and understandable
- bringing out the overall meaning with pragmatism
- establishing an original and relevant line of defense
- building effective and convincing arguments

Graduated from Paris II Panthéon-Assas Law School and Cornell Law School (USA), I am a member of the Paris Bar (1998) and New York Bar (2001), and specialize in atypical legal disputes requiring a multidisciplinary approach.
My keen interest in civil procedure enables me to conduct trials using the full range of procedural means at my disposal.
I have chosen to handle each case in person - if necessary, with the help of specialized colleagues - in order to master every detail, to be responsive and to maintain a direct, privileged and trusting relationship with the client.
I understand and master accounting principles. I know how to read a balance sheet and a profit and loss statement, and I advise my clients on the financial impact of their case.
Without restricting myself to a particular legal sector, I work mainly in :
- business law;
- business criminal law;
- patrimonial law
My interest in 18th century decorative arts has also given me original experience in art market law, enabling me to assist auction houses, dealers, collectors and experts - with whom I work regularly - in resolving their legal and judicial issues.
Fees are invoiced on a time-spent basis after signature of a fee agreement; they are subject to periodic statements of work, enabling the client to be informed in real time of the progress of the case and to have a clear view of the cost of the procedure.
