Above all, the law should be based on common sense. It calls for a high level of vision, rigorous mastery of texts and creative agility.<\/p>

For several decades, the multiplication of texts - often contradictory and abstruse - has distanced the law from its very essence.<\/p>

Litigants are at a loss, faced with discouraging complexity, and procedures that drag on and become unnecessarily costly.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

That's why I approach each case like the history buff that I am, with the constant concern to compare current texts with fundamental legal concepts, with the aim of:<\/p>\n
