More generally, in coordination with a French notaire, the Firm provides its clients with any assistance necessary to protect their rights at the time of the preparation and the liquidation of an estate (such as judicial sharing out, claim for inheritance receiving, claim for reduction of gifts, and claim for nullity of will).
The Firm handles domestic estates as well as international estates which may require the application of the rules of conflicts of laws.
Finally, the firm provides help and assistance to antiques dealers in the course of their business. It also advises experts in instances where their professional liability is sought.
